The fee covers entry to the event, T-Shirt, Medal and breakfast.

Race Day T-shirt is complimentary. The sizes are ordered well in advance. While we try our best to get you the correct size, the organisers will not be held responsible in case of shortage of any t-shirt size. Children t-shirts will also be distributed and children below 10 years should be accompanied by an adult.

All the registered participants will get the same race kit with the same contents.

There are no manual registrations for the event.

For 10K, minimum age to participate is 14 years as on 3rd March 2024 ; For 5K, minimum age to participate is 6 years as on 3rd March 2024 ;

We will announce the dates on our Website, Facebook page and other Social media.

Sorry, no cancellations are possible and registration fees are non-refundable.

Yes, you can before 30 days of the event. If you have to upgrade the category you will have to pay the difference amount and for the downgrade of the category partial refund will not be done.

No, you will not be able to change the category.

Under exceptional cases, when the transaction has failed at the payment gateway stage, and if the money was debited but a confirmation was not generated, the money will be credited back to your account within 3 working days automatically. For further clarification, you can write an email to support@nebsports.in with your registration details (date of registration, name, and your mail id) and we will follow up to ensure the problem is tracked and closed.

A You confirm that, in the event of adverse weather conditions, major incidents or threats on the day, any of the force majeure or restriction by authority, the organizers reserve the right to stop/cancel/postpone the event.
*The Event Organizers reserve the right to change the course, or make any other amendment to the Event that is deemed necessary to stage the Event. This could include but is not limited to; changing the race route, delaying the race, stopping participants on the course until the situation is deemed appropriate to continue, altering the distance of the route, canceling or other measures deemed necessary.
*The event organizer possesses the sole authority to cancel tickets for the event. Their role includes the discretionary power to postpone and/or cancel the event as deemed necessary by the company's guidelines and policies.
